Plan a Concrete Core Hole Before Drilling
A clear hole schedule prevents the provider from guessing at pipe size, location or what lies beyond the surface.

Give the required hole diameter in millimetres, not only the nominal pipe or conduit size. Allowances for sleeves, fire stopping, falls and installation tolerance should be set by the responsible trade or designer.

Compare drawings, service information and a suitable scan where embedded features may cross the drilling path. Scanning reduces uncertainty but cannot guarantee detection of every hazard or provide structural approval.
Do not move a hole casually around post-tensioning, reinforcement or a structural edge. The responsible project professional should approve any revised location.

The rig needs a stable approved mounting method and enough clearance for the barrel and feed travel. Water should be captured before it reaches ceilings, electrical equipment or finished rooms.

Say so. An accessible edge, drawings, scanning or an agreed exploratory method may be needed.
Can several holes be drilled close together?
Possibly, but spacing can affect reinforcement, structural capacity and breakout risk. Obtain the appropriate design approval.
